This is to inform you that the Company has given notice to the Stock Exchange informing that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 12th September 2017, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2017.<BR> Therefore, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities is now closed with immediate effect till conclusion of 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting<BR> Accordingly, directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members are now prohibited from trading in the Company's securities during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.<BR>
