Finolex Cables Ltd has informed BSE that in view of preparation and declaration of standalone Annual Accounts, Consolidated Accounts and Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016 (Financial Year 2015-16), the Trading Window would remain closed with effect from April 25, 2016 till after the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) pertaining to the Company is taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting scheduled for May 26, 2016 and is thereafter disseminated in the public domain by the Company latest by 48 hours after the said Board Meeting.
