| First Leasing Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that ICICI Bank Ltd in the matter of Company Petition for winding up had filed an application for the appointment of Official Liquidator as the Provisional liquidator of the Company (Notice received by the Company on July 14, 2014).<br/><br/>The matter came up for hearing on July 31, 2014. The Hon'ble High Court of Madras had allowed the petition filed by the ICICI Bank and has appointed the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator. | |
