Fluidomat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, <BR>has recommended a dividend @ Rs. 2.75 (27.50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year 2014-15, on the total 49,27,000 equity shares and recommended to pay divided of Rs. 1,35,49,250 (One Crore Thirty Five Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty), subject to approval of member at the forth coming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
