With reference to the earlier letter dated August 03, 2016, Fortis Healthcare Ltd has now informed BSE that Fortis Hospitals Limited, subsidiary of the Company on February 15, 2017 has informed the Company that it has increased its shareholding in Fortis Health Management (East) Limited (FHMEL) by 6,000 equity shares (i.e. 12% of total paid-up share capital of FHMEL ) of Rs. 10 each.
