Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 26, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Ravi Umesh Mehrotra (Non-Executive Non- Independent) and Ms. Shradha Suri Marwah (Non-Executive Independent) as Additional Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect; and<BR><BR>2. Notice of Postal Ballot along with the Calendar of Events inter-alia covering the approval of related party transaction with its subsidiaries.
