Fortis Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 42,200 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, to grantees, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company.<BR><BR>Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 4,628,807,940 /- divided into 462,880,794 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
