This is with reference to the recent news item which appeared in Newspaper - The Economic Times dated September 14, 2017, captioned "Religare's Institutional Shareholders move court seeking ouster of Board'.<BR> In this regard, Religare Enterprises Limited ('REL') has given intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a copy of which is attached for your reference. <BR> Further, we would like to submit that the Company and REL have common Directors and Promoters (directors being Mr. Malvinder Mohan Singh, Dr. Shivinder Mohan Singh and Mr. Harpal Singh).<BR> We confirm that the Company is not a party to the litigation and as such is not involved or impacted by its outcome. Also, any outcome of the proceeding is reasonably expected to have no direct or indirect impact on the Company or its operations.
