Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 21, 2015 to March 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend.<BR><BR>The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid / credited on or before April 25, 2015.
