FOSECO INDIA LTD. - Clarification on Book Closure

With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 08, 2014, Foseco India Ltd has clarified to BSE that the book closure dates of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books fixed from April 12, 2014 to April 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of the 1st interim dividend only stands withdrawn.<br/><br/>There is no change in the book closure dates of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the purpose of payment of final dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2013. The book closure date for the same will be from April 12, 2014 to April 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).<br/><br/>The final dividend for the year 2013 includes the special dividend.
