Kishore Biyani - Promoter and ii. Future Corporate Resources Private Limited - Promoter Group entity, the Hon''ble Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (SAT) has vide its order dated December 20, 2023 quashed the impugned order dated February 03, 2021 passed by Securities Exchange Board of India under sections 11(1), 11(4), 11B(1), 11B(2) of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with SEBI (Procedure for holding Inquiry and Imposing Penalty) Rules, 1995.
