With reference to the earlier letter dated April 15, 2015 and pursuant to the authority conferred by the Shareholders by postal ballot to the Board of Directors to sell/ give on lease a part or whole of one or more undertakings of the Company, <BR>GS Auto International Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on June 30, 2015 has approved to give on lease a part of undertakings of the Company to M/s G.S. Autocomp Private Limited for a period of ninety-nine years.
