Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 14th day of December, 2017, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Further, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from September 6, 2017 and will re-open 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR>
