Gabriel India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has decided to close its trading window for insiders covered under "Gabriel Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. The said trading window closure would commence from July 09, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on August 08, 2014.
