Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 18, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:<br/><br/>1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Parag Parikh, Whole time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company;<br/><br/>2. Appointed Mr. Monesh Bhansali as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company; and<br/><br/>3. Approved the issue and allotment of 260,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each following the exercise of stock options by some employees under the "GIPL Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013". Upon the allotment of these shares, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to 939,070,724 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
