Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2014, inter alia, has approved allotted of 12666 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 10/-) each pursuant to exercise of options granted to the employees under the Companys Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP 2010) consequent to which the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 32,65,58,800/- to Rs. 32,66,85,460/-.
