Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00/- (Rupees Two Only) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each on the expanded share capital due to issue of bonus shares for the financial year 2015-2016 subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General meeting.
