Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.60/- (Rupees Two and Sixty Paisa Only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2014-2015, subject to the approval of shareholders in the Annual General meeting.
