Gangotri Iron & Steel Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 03, 2015, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Ratify the appointment of M/s Subodh Goel & Co., Patna, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to members approval.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Narendra Jaiswal who is to be retired by rotation at AGM shall be reappointed as Director on the same AGM.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mrs. Manju Choudhary as Women Director of the Company subject to members approval.
