With reference to Increase in volume, Garware Wall Ropes Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We do inform the stock exchanges of all informations, events that have a bearing on the operation/ performance of the Company as well as any price sensitive informations as per regulatory requirement of clause 36 of the Listing Agreement as referred in para 2 of your said letter.<BR><BR>This is further to inform you that at present, the Company does not possess any information including informations as referred in clause 36 of the Listing Agreement/ announcement (including pending announcement), which in our opinion have any bearing on the volume behaviour of the Company's Scrip."
