Gati Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that as per "Gati Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of April 21, 2014 and the trading window will be open after 24 hours of announcement of audited financial results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2014.
