Gati Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per Gati Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of October 13, 2014 and the trading window will be open after 24 hours of announcement of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
