Gati Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 05, 2014 and inter alia one of the agenda items is proposal to consider the Interim (special) dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further the Company inform that as per Gati Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of December 1, 2014 and the trading window will be open after 24 hours of announcement of outcome of the Board meeting.
