Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has executed agreements with M/s. MG Goyal Gases Pvt Ltd, for sale of 1.8 MW Machine, Make V- 100, located at Vandhiya, Bhachhuau Taluka, Kutch District, Gujarat and 1.5x5 MW, Total 7.5 MW, Vensys V77 make (WECS) located at Theni District, Tamilnadu, for a consideration amounting to Rs. 7,73,92,653 and Rs. 26,36,27,749 respectively.
