Gayatri Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2016 have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. To acquire by way of purchase of 20,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of M/s. Gayatri Domicile Private Limited for an amount not exceeding Rs. 2,00,000.<BR><BR>2. Postal ballot notice for seeking member's approval for the above acquisition/purchase.<BR><BR>The above acquisition / Purchase is subject to the approval of members of the Company.
