To consider holding of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company and to fix time, date, place and approve Notice of AGM.&lt;BR&gt; 2. To consider and approve Director&apos;s Report for the year ended 31.03.2017.&lt;BR&gt; 3. To consider Auditor Report for the year ended 31.03.2017.&lt;BR&gt; 4. To consider the appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company for the year 2017-18.&lt;BR&gt; 5. To decide and fix the dates for closure of Register of Members &amp; Share Transfer Books.&lt;BR&gt; 6.
