April 02, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Company has informed that after appointment of said Nominee Director, Audit Committee and Project Committee have been reconstituted to give effect to the appointment of Mr. D. C. Jain in place of Mr. Ajoy Nath Jha as a member of above<br/>Committees.
