Pay tribute to its Founder Chairman & Managing Director and guiding force Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria, who left for heavenly abode on January 17, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Unanimously approved the appointment of Shri Shishir Jaipuria as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
