Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed BSE that Gitanjali Infratech Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100% equity shares of 'Dynamic Infrazone Private Limited' for the purpose of setting up and developing Gems and Jewellery Park in the state of Orissa.
