| Gitanjali Gems Ltd has announced the following Consolidated results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014:<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows:<br/><br/>The Un-Audited Consolidated results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a Net Profit/(Loss) after taxes, minority interest and share of profit/(loss) of associates of Rs. (898.908) million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Net Profit of Rs. 1188.836 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 47505.314 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 27653.481 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The Audited consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted Net Profit/(loss) after taxes, minority interest and share of profit/(loss) of associates of Rs. 335.220 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 5916.933 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income has decreased from Rs. 164893.086 million for the year ended March 31, 2013 to Rs. 125435.485 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. | |
