Approval of Sale of Company's land at Thane, Maharashtra<BR> Pursuant to clause 30, of the Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements (LODR), Regulations, 2015, We wish to inform you; <BR> 1)The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today approved the sale of the Company's land admeasuring approximately 60 acres located at Thane, Maharashtra to Oberoi Realty Limited for a consideration of Rs 555 crores.<BR> 2)The proposed sale of land is subject to receipt of all statutory and regulatory approvals from the concerned authorities and signing of the definitive documents between the Company and Oberoi Realty Limited in this regard.<BR> <BR> Kindly take submission on record<BR>
