GMM Pfaudler Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2014, inter alia, have considered and approved the payment of First Interim Dividend @ Rs. 0.70 per share of 1,46,17,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, aggregating to Rs. 10,232,250/- for the year 2013-14. The Date of payment of First Interim Dividend is August 20, 2014.
