GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from September 12, 2014 to September 17, 2014 (both days inclusive).
