The Exchange had sought clarification from GMR Infrastructure Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on February 25, 2015 titled "GMR to develop India's largest toy Hub in Kakinada"<BR><BR>GMR Infrastructure Ltd replied stating "Kakinada SEZ Private Limited, a subsidiary company of GMR Infrastructure Limited provides land on lease including building and other facilities to different businesses in the ordinary course of its business. <BR><BR>The Article covers the normal activities carried on by the subsidiary company, hence we believe that this does not require specific disclosures.<BR><BR>The Company has been disclosing all the information required to be disclosed under Clause 36 of the Listing agreement."
