Goa Carbon Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 1/- per share of Rs. 10/- each (10%) subject to the approval of the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting.
