GOCL Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, at 1.00 p.m. and concluded at about 5.50 p.m. inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per share i.e. @ 75%<BR>for the financial year 2015-16 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
