Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2015, the outcome of the said meeting is as given hereunder:<BR><BR>1. The Board of Director, subject to approval of shareholders in ensuing AGM has approved the re-appointment of Shri. Bajarang Lal Agrawal as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five years with effect from August 12, 2015.
