To take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015;<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16;<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all directors and designated employees from October 01, 2015 till October 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
