Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2015, inter alia, for the following items:<BR><BR>1. to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1);<BR><BR>2. to consider declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16;<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and insiders from July 01, 2015 till July 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
