Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 01, 2014, inter alia, for the following items:<br/><br/>1. to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2);<br/><br/>2. to consider declaration of second interim dividend for the financial year 2014-15;<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and designated employees from October 01, 2014 till November 02, 2014 (both days inclusive).
