Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2016, inter alia, for the following items:<BR><BR>1. to take on record the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2016;<BR><BR>2. to consider declaration of fourth interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16;<BR><BR>3. to consider the recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2015-16;<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and insiders from April 01,2016 till May 05, 2016 (both days inclusive).
