Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board has noted the resignation of Mr. P. Ganesh, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary with effect from the close of business hours on March 31, 2015. As part of talent rotation within the Group, Mr. P. Ganesh will be moving to another Group Company from April 01, 2015.<BR><BR>Mr. V. Srinivasan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from April 01, 2015 and shall ensure compliances with effect from April 01, 2015.
