| Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE about the following <br/><br/>The certified copies of orders of the Honourable High Court of Judicature at Bombay and Honourable High Court of Judicature at Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Wadala Commodities Limited with Godrej Industries Limited and their respective shareholders are being filed by Godrej Industries Limited and Wadala Commodities Limited (Scheme) with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra and Registrar of Companies, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh on November 21, 2014. With the filing of the court order with the respective Registrar of Companies, Wadala Commodities Limited would stand dissolved without being wound up and the Scheme would become effective as on November 21, 2014.<br/><br/>As provided in the Scheme, Godrej Industries Limited, the Transferee Company will be fixing the Record Date in due course for ascertaining the shareholders of Godrej Industries Limited and Wadala Commodities Limited who would be eligible for allotment of shares of Godrej Industries Limited. | |
