Pursuant to clause 4(2) of the schedule B of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015, company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insider and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of UPSI of Golden Carpets Ltd the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from start of business hours of 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Audited Financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2024 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
