Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 17, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved issue of upto 40,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to person belonging to Non-Promoter category and upto 10,00,000 warrants on preferential basis to person belonging to Promoter category.<br/><br/>The aforesaid decision of the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the members and other competent authorities. The Board of directors also decided to call an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company on December 17, 2014 to consider and approve the aforesaid preferential issue.
