| Govind Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter year ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window in respect of Company's Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on February 08, 2016 till the close of the trading hours on February 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. | |
