Govind Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the Closure of trading window for the insiders covered under the "Company's Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" would commence on February 07, 2017 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2017.
