With reference to the above, we wish to inform that as per circular resolution dated November 25, 2021 passed by the Board of Directors, Thursday, December 9, 2021 has been fixed as 'Record date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders of Grandeur Products Limited ('Company'), who will entitle to receive:<BR> <BR> 1 (One) New Equity Share of Rs.10/- each in Tierra Agrotech Limited (Transferee Company) credited as fully paid up for every 1 (One) Equity Share of Rs.10/- each fully paid-up held in the capital of Grandeur Products Limited (Transferor Company) as per the above sanctioned scheme.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and necessary records.<BR>
