Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, note that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Granules India Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of M/s. Granules India Limited will remain closed from September 30, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 30, 2014 as aforesaid.
