Graphite India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, to consider and approve unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of Regulation V (ii) of the Companys "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading", the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares stands closed from July 22, 2015 and shall re-open on August 14, 2015.
